(i) Customer Data: This refers to the personal data that we gather, handle, and oversee on behalf of our business clients (“Customers”), which is submitted to Tackl desktop or mobile applications, and associated products, integrations, add-ons, and extensions services which are managed and operated by Tackl (together referred to as the “Platform”).

We handle such Customer Data in our role as a “data processor”, under the instruction and on behalf of the respective Customer, in line with our Data Processing Addendum agreed with them.

Thus, this Privacy Policy – detailing Tackl’s autonomous privacy and data handling practices as a “data controller” – is not applicable to the processing of Customer Data. If there are any inquiries or requests concerning Customer Data, kindly reach out to your account administrator(s) (“Account Admin”) directly.


(ii) User Data: This involves personal data about individuals who interact with Tackl on behalf of our Customers, inclusive of Account Admins, contacts for procurement and billing, authorized signatories, and every authorized user of the Platform affiliated with each Customer (collectively known as “Users”);


(iii) Prospect Data: This pertains to information concerning individuals visiting our websites (including www.tacklapp.com), attendees at our events, and any other potential customer, user, or partner (together referred to as “Prospects”) who engage or otherwise interact with our websites, digital advertisements and content, emails, integrations, or communications under our management (“Sites”, and together with the Platform – the “Services”).

  • Service Providers: Tackl collaborates with selected companies and individuals, termed “Service Providers,” to perform functions complementary to or on our behalf. These encompass Third Party Services providers such as hosting, server co-location, communications and content delivery networks (CDNs), data and cybersecurity, payment processing, fraud detection, investigation and prevention, web and mobile analytics, email and communication distribution, call recording, analytics and transcription, event production, and more. Service Providers may access personal data based on their roles and purposes in enhancing our services, and are only permitted to use the data as stipulated in our agreements.
  • Partnerships: Tackl forms alliances with business partners, distributors, resellers, and service providers related to our services. This facilitates growth opportunities through a stronger local presence and personalized experiences for current and prospective Customers and Users. Relevant contact, business, and usage details may be shared with the Partner for engagement purposes. Any engagement not directly related to Tackl's services is subject to the Partner’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Application Providers and Event Sponsors: Upon instruction or permission from you or your Account Admin, we might share personal data (e.g., User Profile, contact details, and usage data) with third-party application providers or integrations added to your Account. Additionally, if you register for an event we are associated with, we may, with your consent, share your registration details with hosts, organizers, service providers, and sponsors for relevant information, offers, or promotions related to the event.
  • Customers and Other Users: Personal data may be shared with the Customer who owns the Account you are subscribed to, as well as with other Users of that Account. Your activities and personal data within the services might also be overseen, processed, and analyzed by the Account Admin. Note that content submitted to private boards may still be accessed by Account Admin(s), and Tackl is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of Customers or other Users.
